IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR CREATIVE FESTIVAL EXHIBITORS AND ATTENDEES:

Thank you for your concern regarding the recent untimely passing of Kevin Fristensky, President of Creative Festival.  Kevin’s passing is a great loss to us, and to all who knew him. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

Because Kevin was the President and sole shareholder of Creative Festival, no entity possesses authority to conduct the affairs of Creative Festival until transference of Kevin’s estate to his beneficiaries is finalized. We anticipate this process to be concluded on or before the 15th of August. At that time, we will be able to provide information regarding the status of the 2009 Annual Denver Creative Festival, and the disposition of all related affairs and accounts. Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.

Update [8/29/08]: Thank you for your patience, and for the many thoughtful and kind condolences we have received over the past weeks.  We are in the final stages of assessing Kevin's estate and sorting through the affairs of Creative Festival. We will be posting all updates regarding the Creative Festival as they develop.
